The kitchenette is robust and built to withstand constant use over many years. Our kitchenettes comes in four different sizes to accommodate a variety of spaces. There are further options to extend your kitchenette's functionality by adding partner cabinets and freestanding islands.

Mayfair Base Only
The base only option is designed for small spaces where the top cabinet is not suitable.
Mayfair base only is ideal for beneath windows, alongside stairs and fits well into low eaves and low ceiling spaces. It has all the appliances of the full kitchenette with the exception of the microwave oven with grill.

Delivery - Important
- The Base is made from 2 or 3 individual cabinets fixed together. The upper cabinet is built up from five components. The internal shelves, doors, top, back and sides. Assembly instructions included.
- Roadside delivery, our driver will make every effort to assist in getting your kitchenette into the room of your choice where possible. Assembly and installation is not included in the delivery service.
Payment Terms
- 50% deposit on placement of order, and the balance payment prior to delivery.
Warranty
- All our cabinetwork has a 3 year warranty, appliances have the manufacturer’s warranty. This kitchenette has a 30 day money back guarantee (returns policy excludes bespoke kitchenettes).
Manufacture Time
- All kitchenettes are made to order with a minimum lead time of 6 weeks.
