Beautiful contemporary curved cabinetry with traditional cornice features

The key design elements of the Lilford kitchen are subtle curves, radius edges and clean lines. The door styles are in essence a shaker style. Two large full height feature curved doors frame the larder cabinet with the same curved door detail framing the sink, and two dishwashers. The cabinets are finished off with a clean and contemporary cornice.

The whole kitchen is brought together with the clever use of materials and colour pallets. The use of contrasting shades in colour on the island unit and main cabinets are set off by the stunning Blanco Norte silestone worktop. The overmantle, again in a subtle contrasting colour frames the Falcon cooker and a block colour glass splash back finishes the look. This clever scheme all helps to create a light, fresh, airy but contemporary feel.

The same style of design was applied to the utility room off the main kitchen. A further under-mount sink and dishwasher are housed in the same plinth-less cabinet design. A large utility cupboard is hand painted in a contrasting colour and solid oak floating shelves sit between the utility cupboard and wall cabinet.

The overall look and style of a kitchen is very important and here at Culshaw the same amount of care and attention to detail is given to the interiors of all our cabinets. Details like clever storage, individually tailored inserts and larder shelving all work behind the scenes.

The larder consists of two solid walnut larder shelves attached to the doors, three adjustable walnut shelves and a matching sile stone cold shelf. Three large drawers to the base of the cabinet create ample storage easily accessible. These drawers are again solid walnut, dovetailed and on Blum Movento soft close runners.
